No way. Obama and Holder should be prosecuted under the laws of the United States. Sending them to Mexico opens the door to Bush, Cheney, et al. being extradited to a foreign country for “war crimes.” We simply cannot allow such a thing to happen. We have jurisdiction over our citizens. The international community can “get bent.” Our Constitution is supreme.

I guess you know by now that the cat is out of the bag, that Mexico has the idea of using the Extradition Treaty for upper management of the ATF & DOJ.

If Mexico files for extradition, the US will be forced to criminally prosecute the head of AFT & the Holder group at DOJ.
