Birther Card: Coulter's Turn
The American Thinker ^ | July 6, 2011 | Cindy Simpson

Posted on 07/06/2011 7:29:22 AM PDT by wintertime

The Birther Card game continues, with Obama's long-form birth certificate on top of the pot and "Made in the USA" coffee mugs around the table.

Watching the match unfold leads me to agree with Donald Trump: lots of smart people are birthers, and they don't like the way the game has been played. I suspect most Americans do not appreciate the fact that the issue has been played as a game at all -- both by the mainstream media and the President himself.

If polled the usual question: "Do you believe Obama was born in Hawaii?" -- Obama's behavior would provoke me (even though I do believe he was) to answer, "Beats me!" (I plan on wearing my Obama "Made in the USA" t-shirt so they won't ask.) Regardless, even a "Yes" response, if not followed with denouncements of all doubters, may still earn a Republican the label of racist birther.

Then why did Donald Trump get so much coverage?

Why doesn’t Weekly Standard and National Review look into it?

Do you really think, if say, Rush said and provided evidence that the document was a fake, and he “disappeared” the next day, that no one would notice?

“Report facts that trash Obama’s eligibility and you will be zotted.”

Would George Soros be utilizing his earthquake machine for the zotting?

That’s exactly what Obama’s lawyers said to Fox and the other media companies: “Report facts that trash Obama’s eligibility and you will be zotted.”

No, it isn't the same. JR has no objection to reporting facts about Ann. His objection, as I understand it, is to personal attacks that trash Coulter and others (e.g. Levin, Malkin).

A few Trump supporters went overboard in trashing some of our conservative media pundits and JR took exception to it. I don't want to see this thread devolve into a "Trash-Ann-Coulter-a-thon"

Argumentum ad Baculum (fear of force): the fallacy committed when one appeals to force or the threat of force to bring about the acceptance of a conclusion.

I have no power on FR to threaten anyone. I am not a mod and I don't own the site. Take the advice as it was offered - an FYI.

The Diversion Continues.

Even if Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama had been birthed in the Lincoln Bedroom of the White House Obama is NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.

At this point we have no way of knowing what BC’s that are on the web are genuine. I have not seen a BC later than 1979 that actually fulfills Hawaii’s laws/rules to be a legally certified birth certificate.

There was a recent episode that showed the MO of Obama’s people. Donofrio showed that Justia had altered the actual text of cases that cited Minor v Happersett, as well as taking out the citation using the “Minor v Happersett” title. Shortly after Donofrio blogged about it the edits were corrected and somebody on here pointed out another case where Justia took out the title, in order to show that Minor v Happersett wasn’t the ONLY case where the title was taken out.

Greenperson aptly pointed out that the other instance may have been created to provide “cover” in case the edits got found out.

My understanding is that the government employee records for Hawaii do not have that registrar on the books as registrar for 1961. Which suggests that both the Obama BC and the other BC with that registrar are snow jobs. And if that BC is a snow job, then what other BC’s are snow jobs?

The BC# of the Stig Waidelich COLB that showed in a CNN report shortly before Obama released the long-form forgery was so far out of sequence that it cannot be accurate, and the report showed him getting the COLB at the HDOH office. That strongly suggests that the HDOH at this point is willing to alter records for Obama’s sake. If they will alter a BC# for Obama’s sake, what WOULDN’T they alter for his sake?

So the COLB’s posted online could all be fake for all we know - and would seem to be since none of them follow the laws/rules as the ones from 1979 and earlier did. The question is whether they were forged by the people who posted them, or if the HDOH sent them out that way, in order to provide cover for Obama’s.

No matter how you slice it, an investigation of all the shenanigans at the HDOH is way, WAY overdue.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The fascist cabal would NOT make Rush disappear. No! No!

His wife's cousin would disappear!!!!

Just ask Michele Malkin if they have found her missing cousin yet.

I would also suggest that you look into the mysterious “accidental” deaths of those close to people who were just about to testify in cases regarding Clinton. Also...I am sure that Lieutenant Quales’ being shot through the head the night before he was to testify on Obama’s passport has been noticed by people in Rush's position.

Let’s recap—you didn’t threaten anyone, you’re not a mod and you don’t own the site.
The `appeal to the stick’ was bad enough, but now you’re pussy-footin’, mealy-mouthin’ & suckin’ eggs.

Not a good look for you BT.

The Donald Trump coverage was a set-up. Raise the issue to a feverish pitch and then have Obama release a forgery. Some of us were saying way back when Abercrombie was making noise with great bravado back at Christmastime that it was a set-up to set the stage for the unveiling of a forgery.

The refusal to allow any analysis of the forgery after it appeared gives it all away. Fox allowed the stage to be set, and once the forgery was released they have censored any rebuttal of the forgery.

Regarding Weekly Standard and National Review, let me just tell you that I have proof of a lot of crap done by the HDOH, and NOBODY will expose this stuff. Not even WND or Canada Free Press. It has nothing to do with the quality of the evidence; there are other factors at work - and that should have you asking what other factors they are.

One of the reasons I allowed my name to go public by testifying at an eligibility bill hearing was because if my name was public it would provide some physical protection like you say that Rush would have. But there are threats beyond just physical threats, and disappearances don’t always happen the next day and sometimes have “natural explanations”. Obama’s lawyers specifically threatened these media companies’ MONEY. Their licenses to broadcast. Their livelihood. And that was the definite threat that the media companies passed on to their on-air personalities.

Rush isn’t as vulnerable to this kind of thing because he has a staunch and large following that would follow him to another venue - and notice that he is about the only major “conservative” media personality who has been somewhat supportive of the eligibility issue. There are few who can afford to do that, given this context.

If the natural born citizenship issue had been resolved before the election or shortly after then we would NOT NOT NOT have had the following..

It was resolved, you just don't like the resolution. The WND/birther standards for what constitutes an NBC are simply not accepted by the courts or the vast majority of even conservative commentators, analysts, politicians, prosecutors, etc. Futher, WND/birther claims that the short form, long form, or any other Obama birth document are forged or faked are just not taken seriously by the same.

This is a dead conspiracy that is never going anywhere. Every minute wasted on birth certificate silliness is valuable time not spent attacking Hussein on the actual issues that will make a difference in the 2012 election.

Coulter, Malkin, Levin, Beck, etc, etc, all think this birther stuff is nothing but a stupid, ridiculous distraction - and I completely agree with them.

Here’s a link to a post that shows an image of a Hawaiian LFBC signed by that same registrar.

Malkin’s cousin went missing, and while Malkin was rightfully very upset about that a Muslim contributor to a NPR’s “Wait, Wait, Don’t tell Me” show made up a joke about Malkin’s relative coming out as a closet Muslim. Malkin responded by saying that it was a really bad time to bring up her family, given the situation with her niece - and BESIDES, she had denounced birtherism. Malkin was making a connection between the welfare of her family, media attacks/insinuations about her family, and the “birther” issue, as if her denouncing birtherism should have made her immune to attacks on her family.

And this all took place around the time that Trump started raising the eligibility issue. It was very interesting to me.

I’ve been told that registrar is not listed in the Hawaii government employee records as having been a registrar in 1961.

I said it was an "FYI" when I posted the comment. You indirectly suggested that I was resorting to a threat of force. I explained why that accusation is incorrect.

Resorting to personal attacks is typical birther blowback when they don't like the message.

I wouldn’t know. I’m just passing on information that was passed on to me by a birther. Folks are free to research it themselves.
