RE :"Undocumented immigrants who have built homes, families and lives in Richmond won't have to rely on the state or federal government for proof of identification. The East Bay city will begin issuing its own ID cards this summer, after a plan to provide residents with "community identification" was approved by the Richmond City Council, the Contra Costa Times reported. This is the fifth instance of a city attempting to aid its residents in obtaining bank accounts, loans and other services such as library access, the newspaper reported. As to not appear to single out undocumented immigrants, the ID cards will provide all residents of Richmond -- some of whom may have access to passports and drivers licenses -- access to city services such as pools, libraries and public transportation, the newspaper reported. Richmond police have signed off on the plan, as it is presumed the ID cards will encourage undocumented immigrants and other at-risk populations -- such as transgendered people and runaway youth -- to participate with police in investigating and reporting crimes."

So they issue new ID cards to everyone including illegals to make illegals feel welcome. They cant use drivers licences anymore for that purpose because as a federal ID they cant be issued to illegals.

Note that matricula consular cards once widely used in the US are NOT accepted in Mexico---b/c mexican officials know they are easily falsified.

Must not be destined to be a burden on society
Must be of economic and social benefit to society
Must be of good character and have no criminal record.
Must have immigration authority and must have a record
Foreign visitors violating terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported
Those who aid illegal immigration will be sent to prison

These laws are rigorously enforced but not by the cruel Americanos. These are the immigrations laws of our southern neighbor Mexico.

Among the accused is Jennifer Miller, 43, an accounting supervisor in the Solano County Health and Human Services Department. Miller abused her position to allegedly obtain names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers of Solano County health and social services clients, including food stamp recipients, federal prosecutors said. ITEM They are taking over inner city councils---a wave of latino councilman earmarked tax funds for "immigrant" organizations----organizations that do not exist.

ITEM In another case, latinos were asked to pay up to $2000 to get approved for Section 8 housing subsidies---govt pays 75% of the rent---but the govt does not require payment for this.

ITEM A latino councilman (whose father is a state Senator) got huge amounts of city and state funds for an organization run by the councilman's wife. She said she provided services to another organization---trouble is the second organization said they never heard of her.

So how can immigrants gain voting status without completing a citizen course and tests? That was in the "good old days" when America was allowed to protect her vital interests from from those who were threats to our national security. If they have ID cards, and law enformcement can’t ask them about their citizenship status, so how will law enforcement be able to identify them as NOT AMERICAN so they can advise them to call their country’s consulate when arrested.

Part of a bigger plan to undermine every part of our justice system. Create a barrier to knowing they are not American and then have them subvert our justice system after they are found guilty of rape and murder.

I forgot to mention that I want my Richmond City issued I.D. card to issued to me under a phony name. I don’t like paying for traffic citations or for insurance. I want to open a bank account using the phony name. After I write a lot of bad checks I can open another bank account with a new I.D. card and a new name. I will write rubber checks and send them to democrats.
