Why is Obama on the wrong side of everything every freakin’ time?

Odumbo has become my moral barometer: If he's for something, there MUST be something wrong with it.

Bush was involved siding with Obama to try to stop the execution. Says a lot about Bush.

Curious. Since this same issue has come up in Texas twice before. Once when Bush was governor. Once when he was President.

In the first case, he allowed the execution to proceed. In the second, he took no action to stop it.

The Criminal should have picked a country without a death penalty!

0bummer didn't expect to succeed. He still gets the creds from the Mexican illegals and the Mexican government for having tried.

That 2004 decision has reverberated throughout the U.S. legal system, with President George W. Bush instructing Texas to review the convictions and to reevaluate the sentencing of Jose Medellin, a Mexican citizen in the same position as Garcia. In 2008, the Supreme Court ruled that states were not obligated to comply with the Vienna Convention, and that only Congress — not the president — could force them to obey the treaty. Later that year, Medellin was executed.

It could be worse—he could have given him a presidential pardon and a government job in Washington DC.

Leal Garcia, 38, was convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl and then bludgeoning her to death with a piece of asphalt in 1994 in Texas.

They defend this imported monster? He's been living on way too much borrowed time already.

I believe I heard correctly that a guest on Mark Levin’s show said this murderer was brought to the US when he was two years old. But he, or his attorneys found some great affinity for things Mexican once he was convicted of murder.

If that is correct, then those using this case to invoke some international agreement are even more absurd in their actions. Heck, this guy is Dream Act material, probably knows nothing of Mexico...
