RE :"
Their much-criticized catch and release policy was confirmed by documents obtained by Judicial Watch under the Freedom of Information Act. The documents show that the Obama administration is implementing stealth amnesty which is an end-run around the rule of law and Congress, said Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton. Contrary to administration claims that convicted criminals were being deported just as fast as DHS got them, the released documents show that local immigration officials were in fact being given what Judicial Watch describes as wide latitude to dismiss federal immigration charges even against criminals convicted of violent crimes such as sexual assault, solicitation of murder, kidnapping, aggravated assault, drug possession and assaulting a police officer. They were then released back into the same American communities they violated, where they were free to prey on new victims."
Not quite 'amnesty', more like refusal to enforce immigration law. It is more like Holder ignoring the New Black Panther's election intimidation case.

This is tantamount to what the Clinton gang did shortly before the Bush Administration came in. Just trash everything. Deface the walls, carve your initials on the HMS Redoubtable desk - whatever.
Obama knows he's a one termer - obviously.
My aunt Mary Jo went on a tour of the White House in late January 2001 when they were tearing up the carpets and had many public lavatories closed for "Remodeling" - Mary Jo is very personable and asked a guard what "happened?" The guard said that human feces were spread over the walls of the public and private restrooms and the carpet was being pulled because of urine - so much urine that it actually ruined some of the maplewood floors underneath from the days of Madison and Monroe.
The Obamas will no doubt do the same thing - they may even burn the place down.

Well :
Let’s just say it’s not supposed to be, but what is anyone going to do about it.
You and I don’t amount to squat, No one listen to us, The American People, We don;t have any power to do anything except vote every two years , we give that Power to the House and the Senate, it appears that they are perfectly happy with Obama, as they arent doing anything to stop him.
So : although I agree with you it appears it is his country to give away. Give away to Hispanics, Fags,, Muslims, and control us with regulations from EPA, FCC, ATF ,FBI,and Memo’s Don’t forget the Memo’s and the Executive Orders.
He is so busy giving the country away he hardly has time to go on vacation or play golf.

That was a great story about how many illegals were deported by Obama’s administration; apparently they didn’t get the memo here in NJ.

Not quite 'amnesty', more like refusal to enforce immigration law. It is more like Holder ignoring the New Black Panther's election intimidation case. But it is closely related to the advocacy of amnesty. Since Obama did not have the votes to pass amnesty, he wanted to do as much for the cause as he could.

The difference? Amnesty would be a change in the law (an unwelcome change) and a refusal to enforce the law is deliberate dereliction of duty. I’m really becoming convinced that 0bama prefers to do things the latter way.

Not quite amnesty, more like refusal to enforce immigration law. And the difference IS????1) They can't vote legally (and more states are passing voter ID).
2) If they had official legal status, that would be a tremendous incentive for more illegals to come over.
3) Obama's immigration policies could be reversed by a sane POTUS in the future, if we ever get one.

Real amnesty would be something like them getting a green card, yes these illegals are let loose again but they still have to worry about being picked up again, they cant be legally employed, they cant get direct legal federal benefits,....
I know people with a green cards and except for voting and working at certain defense related jobs they get all the benefits of US citizens.

Also, thanks to chain migration, multiply the number of amnestied by at least 3 to see the political impact. In the long run, multiply by 8 or 10.

Those are just points we have discussed many times that I assume you want the other readers to know.
The reason why I clarify the differences between this and ‘real’ amnesty is because ... while I understand some may want to call it ‘amnesty’ to increase the outrage over this Obama act (non-enforcement) we all don't like, if we were to press the argument that what Obama is doing IS the same as amnesty, then that COULD be used by amnesty RINOs as a argument for REAL amnesty (aka reform) which would be even worse.
They have done it before. Remember the RINO term 'sham-nesty' used to argue for Bush-McCain LEGAL amnesty? See? I think this stuff out.
