If I had a genie in a bottle I would have Republicans go out and make a huge issue of illegals and the Democrat's plans for them relating it to economic and fiscal issues(getting them addicted to the welfare state) , which are the only issues the general voter 'seems' to care about right now. (exhibit SS marriage and DADT disinterest.)
The RINO party is absolutely terrified of pro-amnesty Hispanics and how Democrats would whip them up into a frenzy against them as they did in NV with Harry Reid , calling Republican racists that hate Hispanics. Democrats will always respond to Republican's talking about the above with :”Undocumented Hispanics don't want welfare like you accuse them of, they just want to work to become part of the American dream “ which to Democrats means addicted to welfare, but they wont admit it outright.
