Texas has executed a Mexican national for the kidnapping and rape of a 16-year-old San Antonio girl.
Garcia, 38, was put to death less than two hours after the U.S. Supreme Court, by a 5-to-4 vote, rejected pleas from the Obama administration for a delay to avoid what it called serious international repercussions…. Before Garcia's trial, Texas authorities failed to inform him of his right to speak with officers from the Mexican consulate and failed to inform the consulate that a Mexican national had been arrested.

He may have a chance with the internationalists, but I don't think his stance on this one is going to win many points with the Hispanics, especially considering the victim was a Hispanic girl.

BUT BUT EL MUERTO didn’t inform the victim of her right to understand what was gonna happen to her either; else things might have turned out differently for her....say like she might have been able to GET AWAY!.......so i figure things worked out sort of even like....only EL DIRToBAGGO got to live a lot longer and his demise turned out to be more humane, sad to say.
He had 17 years, I am sure he had a chance to tak to a lawyer who could have told the consulate during that period of time.

In a Democrats mine, the rights of the accused is more important than the rights of children when it comes to sex crimes & murder.

In my view, both the killer and der leader are as it relates to this matter.
