Verum Serum caught this speech by former Chair of White House Council of Economic Advisers Christina Romer on April 12 of this year. This was after she left the administration. Romer admitted in her speech that they managed to create a “growth-less recovery.”
Romer also admits that Barack Obama knew just how bad the economy really was when before he took office because she told him how bad it was.

All the Recovery lacks is any hint of recovery.
Maybe if they pile on some more EPA regulations, more Affirmative Action and more lawsuits against state governments things will improve.....

I understand it all now. Growthless Recovery is like a flat mountain or small giant. I bet they see a lot of those on the unicorn ranch.
Huge profits have been made since the 2008 crash with corporate profits setting record highs quarter after quarter. The stock market has bounced back. The GDP is OK. The problem is that over 80% of the population hasn’t seen a bit of it. Instead, they’re getting squeezed.
