This executive order is basically enacting Agenda 21 Wildlands guidelines and controls over rural areas that have refused to join the Local Agenda 21.

Much of this agenda has already been put in place and they are working on the rest. Part of the plan is to shift agriculture production from the heartland to the more western states, build new rail lines and transfer stations and ship out the grain and soy beans to China. The plan is to lift farming regulations and subsidies on the condition that the farmers ship their products through a Goldman Sachs terminal (keep the transport profit within the Democrat party) to China, who will buy all the grain and soy beans that we can produce and pay us back with cheap US dollars.

Now, about the maximizing energy opportunities. This means coal mining on Indian owned property, leased through the government, to other Democrat friendly companies (Peabody). It will also include wind farms in rural communities, where they are neither needed or wanted. The Obama administration is also approving the sale of shale oil leases to China in the same area where they are mining to the coal.

Obama is selling off America to the Chinese, both our food and our natural resources, while arranging the profit stay within Blue states only.

Thanks for your information.

My dad owns land in California that has natural gas underground. The BLM sent me a letter saying they were going to reclaim the entire plat, including dad’s parcel of land, and designate it as a wildlife refuge. They offered pennies on the dollar.

However, the local County knows absolutely nothing about any “wildlife refuge”. Looks and smells like fraud to me.

From another article:

The council will also focus on job creation in those [rural] areas, bringing access to credit, creating “digital and physical networks,” expanding “ecosystem markets” and developing “renewable energy projects.” The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will provide the taxpayer money and administrative support for the new committee.

Obama’s Agriculture Secretary, Tom Vilsack, will chair the rural council.

This new USDA venture comes on the heels of several other like-minded and costly Obama initiatives at the agency. In the last few months the USDA has doled out tens of millions of dollars to bring healthy foods to the inner city, recruit more food-stamp recipients and track what minority public school children eat for lunch.

Just a few days ago the agency dropped $10 million on a Farmers Market Promotion Program that will bring fresh and healthy cuisine to low-income neighborhoods (“food deserts”) across the country. Last month the USDA launched a sophisticated internet-based mapping tool (Food Desert Locator) that identifies areas with “limited access to affordable and nutritious foods.”

I forgot to mention that part about combining rural areas with urban areas. This is because the urban area is more populous and would dominate the urban areas in any vote. It would force the rural areas to be serviced by the urban police, fire and emergency services and spread the cost of the union wages and benefits for the services to the rural areas.

It also includes the Wildlands agenda of purchasing farm land and turning it into recreational land for urban people, putting it off limits for farming, especially raising animals.

The goal is to reduce the population in rural areas and return the land to its rightful owners (the Indians), shutting down small farms and promoting farming on large conglomerate farms which would agree to ship the grain and soy beans to China.

As I mentioned before, shifting the profit and jobs to blue states away from the heart land and the Mississippi.

They have already started this by reducing the dredging on the Mississippi and forcing the ships and barges to reduce their draft and the amount of cargo that they can carry in one shipment. This probably also exacerbated the flooding conditions this year.

Yep, sounds like they are trying to “return the resources to the “rightful owners”.

Where is the land in California?

Kings County. County seat is Hanford.

So this is pretty much another manifestation of overarching tactic of Obama to advance his “agenda” through the use of the USDA, EPA, FCC, etc to circumvent Congress.

FYI, “Farm Census” does not have to be completed or sent in. Just ignore it. They will eventually call you about it and you ask how they knew to contact you about the “Farm Census”. They will stammer. You say there is only one way to think you have a farm enterprise and that is via your tax return which is CONFIDENTIAL and the Depart of Agriculture is not included in that group that have access to your tax return unless you apply for federal assistance. You then ask again, “How did you decide to send me a “Farm Census”? They will end the phone call.

If they claim you have a farm tell them you don’t know what they are talking about. There is no law against owning rural property and you don’t have to report it... yet.

Filling out the “Farm Census” is how Vermont maple syrup harvesters get notices from Home Land Security demanding to know how they plan to protect their sap lines from terrorists and other such probing time wasting inquiries.

While they encourage farmers markets, they discourage small organic farms by enacting extreme rules on record keeping and tracking of sales of produce and do everything to discourage raising farm animals.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the land that they are going to open up for raising grains and soybean to sell to China are federal grazing lands.

This is not only a way to circumvent congress, but to circumvent rural self rule through domination by the nearest urban area.

It accomplishes a lot that has been tried and failed through Congress, like nationalizing the first responders union. Oh, it won’t be automatic, but it facilitates it and makes it easier to accomplish on the local level.

A friend said that it could be the “public input” for re-writing the constitution.

But rewriting the constitution wouldn’t be necessary if it becomes a dictatorship - which isn’t far off now.

Point duly noted.

I wonder where the tipping point lies for either the hoi polloi to stand up to the “legislation without representation” (that will stem from the creation of this council) or for the Congress to exert it’s legislative authority over these councils.

(as a side note, I realize these councils to be extensions of the executive branch, but the councils also tend to usurp some of the legislative authority of the congress as well)

Is it part of this?

Sacramento Valley Refuges

It sounds as though you need to contact the Pacific Legal group. They are in Seattle, but they handle property right issues all across the country, pro bono.

Where I live, in a blue state, they are buying the support of the Republicans with the promise of construction jobs for their Gateway project. The Republicans are actually selling out.

That’s not surprising. Mostly expected, I guess, since the govt has taken such control of (and subsequent responsibility for) the economy.

I’m sure there are principled folks out there, but lately most every politician (except a couple exceptions) are unprincipled sellouts.

A perfect example of too big, useless; unneeded government.

I looked up Sacramento Valley Refuges. It is north of Sacracmento.

Hanford is to the south of Sacramento, and our land is dry, water-less scrub brush. It is known as the Atwater Island Plat, and is a geologic feature known as a natural gas dome. Tulare lake, actually a marsh, used to be around it. Not even enough water there now, even for a marsh.

Obama doesn’t have the authority to do half of what he’s done. But to mention it here, and mention my frustration with Republicans in letting him get away with it gets me an invitation from Freepers to head over to moveon.org.
..........................................................
Nobody has offered me that invitation and I mention Obama’s getting away with making his own laws and acting like a King all the time. I also call the Republicans in Congress cowards for standing with their thumbs up their butts while this goes on.

I believe most Freepers agree that Obama is acting more like an Emperor than a President and that Congress is part and parcel of the problem.
In any case agree with me or not ,we need to get rid of RINO’s and Hussein Obama.

Day after day - hour after hour - it’s one thing after another. Gobbling up control so fast, we can’t keep up with it.
