Again, if the only reason this room was tolerated by the ISP is because the police put it there and ordered the ISP to leave it alone, then the police violated a space that one would expect to be safe.

I don't think there should be any place that a pedophile sould find "safe" for his activities.

You think a customer should expect a chat room with this name to be safe.

Safe for what?

Seems to me your claim is similar to saying that if the police put an expensive car out as bait and someone tries to steal it the cops have committed entrapment.

Anybody entering a chat room named “dadanddaughtersex” gets exactly what’s coming to him, IMO.

Now if the cops approach a random guy in a more general topic chat room and steer the conversation to such things, you might have a point.
