The guy has a proven track record, just look at how his advice helped Enron.

“Amazing is all I can say.”

Worse, his calls for censorship in the media will not be challenged by the rest of the msm. And will not be challenged by non-media libs. Thats how far down the tubes this country has gone.

Krugman, in calling for censorship, is asking for acts of violence to be taken against Conservatives as they exercise their civil liberties.

It is also a moral imperative to censor any opinion that does not support man made global warming.

In summary, any opinion I personally disagree with should be suppressed and the people making such opinions should be rounded up and executed for ‘confusing the masses with Truth’.

I am the only one allowed to express an opinion and my opinion is ‘always’ correct, accurate, and the official ‘truth’.

(this guy would do great in Cuba)

True liberal progressivism means doing whatever is neccessary to further THE agenda. That means that the ends justify all means including trashing the constitution.

You see THEY see things clearly and the rest of us are just ignorant louts who haven’t seen the light.

It all boils down to the rule of law vs the rule of man. They sing the praises of the rule of law when it’s convenient but are willing to cast it aside in the blink of an eye when it’s not.

NBC is already running propaganda, self funded, on the nightly news commercials.

Not good. Buy old books. Pass them on to your kids, or copy and hide them. The thought police are out there.

From Krugman's blog: "We have a crisis in which the right is making insane demands, while the president and Democrats in Congress are bending over backward to be accommodating — offering plans that are all spending cuts and no taxes, plans that are far to the right of public opinion."

Eliminating the demand for new taxes was a step in the right direction by the democrats. But the problem is that their current plan still results in huge increases in federal debt and interest payments on debt throughout the rest of this decade. Their plan doesn't do anything serious to solve the debt problem. Krugman apparently doesn't think rapidly expanding federal debt is any kind of problem, even though the bond rating agencies certainly believe it is a serious problem.

The plans offered by the democrats are NOT far to the right of public opinion. I saw a poll in which a strong majority of Americans favored the Cut Cap and Balance plan passed by the House. Entitlement spending has to be reduced in the future, even if liberals like Krugman think we can borrow endlessly to finance those programs. I assure you, we cannot borrow endlessly. The financial markets will certainly stop endless borrowing. If spending and federal deficits are not reduced substantially, then the treasury bond market is only 12-24 months away from a major selloff and a big jump in all interest rates. Isn't Krugman some kind of economist? Why doesn't he understand what is going to happen in the bond market if federal spending isn't cut back? This man is out of touch with reality.

I don't blame Krugman for wanting his opposition censored. This guy has been more wrong than right when it comes to the economy and with no opposition to point that out, who would know???

He has a cheering section of leftwing brownshirts on his blog!

Seriously, these people are a slight nudge away from endorsing workcamps for dissenters.

No wonder the Nazi, Communist, Fascist and Socialist murderers in history never seem to have trouble finding a power base. For now, they can just write down member names from Krugman's blog.

New York Times columnist Paul Krugman on Tuesday said it was a "moral issue" for the press to censor conservative views about the debt ceiling.

So called "tolerant liberals" love nothing better than harsh, ruthless, totalitarian, dictatorial socialist regimes that threaten & treat its' own citizens as the enemy. Any opposing viewpoints to their elitist views will be squashed & violently stamped out. This is the liberals view of society in their New World Order. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since the policies enacted by leftists inflict misery on the public, they can only remain in power by silencing and disenfranchising their opponents.

Those twin goals are evident in many of their efforts, though the totalitarian aspect is often better disguised.

Liberals actually believe their viewpoint is morally superior and any other perspective is illegitimate. Liberal philosophy goes against the First Amendment.

Power hungry, grasping and dogmatic liberals tolerate no other perspectives than their own.

The liberals’ sense of superiority will goeth before their fall.
