All Boner’s plan does is limit the debt ceiling race and put in some boutique cuts so we can do this all again in 6 months. There is no real plan just a punt. Reid will take it, rape it, and send back a turd with the help of McConnell’s plan and Boner will cave.

So by supporting Boner’s plan, what exactly is he and everyone supporting?

22 years in the Army of the U.S taught him about chain of command and following leadership.

It is really working out great bucking old hapless "Boner", isn't it? It must have brought such joy to so many hearts on here watching Reid and Obama spike the ball on his dagger ridden corpse.

Conservatives who oppose any raise to the debt ceiling are the only ones who have been sane and consistent and responsible in this whole thing.

Yup. Too bad about West. I thought he was one of the good guys. Guess not.

Boehner’s bill is a pig and does absolutely nothing substantive to our debt situation. It’s another kicked can.

West would’ve better served his constituency if he’d sat back with other TEA Partiers and said, “No mas.”

RE :”WTH happened to West? Did we have a tear in the space-time continuum or did the DC insider virus finally get into his system?

This one is easy. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, every congressional Democrat, every MSNBC Marxist is working and cheering the failure of Boeghner’s bill to pass. Most importantly they are united in fighting for their socialist goals to destroy Republicans first, then use the power to expand the socialist gains of 2009-2010. Republicans on the other hand are fighting each other, some joining Democrats to defeat this bill( with a different objective obviously) , others worried about the Party losing to Dems and supporting it. Obama couldnt have imagined the luck he is having with this.

I like West. He wants to beat Democrats.

Could be what you’re saying.

I also wonder if some of the leadership RINOS helped him stay safe after his comments to Wasserman Schultz and that now they are calling in a debt to be paid.

That's why I only lasted 8 1/2. That, and the application of what I learned at a Jesuit university. It led to, shall we say "conflicts" with certain superior officers. LOL!

Funny thing was, I had excellent evaluations from superiors that welcomed independent thought from their officers.

Peabrain Ingraham talks about "shrinking the government." I don't know about other people but to me shrinking the government means DECREASING the number of people who "work" for the government, and not by waiting for them to die or retire. West talks as if the choice is between the Boehner bill and not paying the military. SHAME on him!

It’s time to make the TEA Party a real party, not the “illegitimate” stepchild of the Repugs.

They aren't RINO’s. They were just wrong.

Now, who has demonstrated herself once again as the spokesperson for RINO’s and the Washington Elites is Laura Ingraham.

As an officer, he was the leadership and chain of command. It also taught him to make decisions on his own when he needed to and follow through if that decision was wrong.

With all due respect, how is the Tea Party to blame for wanting good fiscal policy? Is it because they want to block the most recent Boehner bill? The bill deemed DOA in the Senate before it ever gets voted on? The bill that would be, is being, used by Reid to cobble together a compromise of Boehner’s, McConnell’s and his own plan? How would passage of Boehner’s plan yesterday stop that from happening? I just don’t understand the anger at the Tea Party; especially from people on this forum.

A plan (CCB) has already passed the House. It too was DOA in the senate. But the House can stand on the fact that they have submitted a plan. If this (or any other plan) can be deemed DOA by the Senate, then why can’t the House notify Reid than anything he cobbles together will automatically be deemed DOA in the House? Tit-for-tat.

Frankly, the big roadblock is Obama. He’s desperate for a plan with no strings, that lasts until after the election. The Dems are covering for him. And whatever Reid comes up with will be suitable to Obama. Thus, we lose. So, how again is the Tea Party to blame?

Or, am I senseless because of my neanderthal genes?

It looks like Allen West was a faux conservative at election time.

At this point you have to step back and wonder if West was a stealth rat all along. Yikes. Some people were even throwing West's name out there as a potential presidential candidate. No. Freaking. Thanks.

Laura been bashing Tea Party regularly now on this issue. I was never a huge fan of hers but definitely not a fan now. Palin said it best when asked about the debt ceiling. She said why would there be a need to raise it if we cut our spending. That sums it up perfectly.

And your plan is? Full frontal charge by 1/2 of The House of Representitives at the Senate, White house and most of the American people? Great plan, let me know how that works out for you.

Laura is clearly more interested in getting pinched on the behind at cocktail parties by establishment country clubbers than she is in supporting us grass roots TEA people. Wow, whatever happened to Ingraham?
