By the way, West tells a whopper of a lie in this clip. He talks about Obama wanting a $2.4 TRILLION raise in the debt ceiling, and claims they didn’t give it to him...because they passed “cut, cap and balance.” What he doesn’t tell you is that “cut, cap and balance” raises the debt ceiling by exactly $2.4 TRILLION dollars. Exactly what Obama wants.
He’s hoping you’re ignorant of the facts of the matter, and stupid enough to believe what’s coming out of a politicians mouth when his lips are moving.
Then the voice says, "We didn't do that for any particular reason. We really don't want anything from you yet. We just want you to know we mean business. You will get instructions later on."

I think “shrinking the government” also means reducing the budgets and not just reducing the amount of projected increased spending by a minimal percentatage in the future. Ask any congressperson what programs are getting less money in 2012 than they received in 2011. I would go for “Shrinking the spending NOW”.
Do you suppose if Congress doesn’t increase the debt limit, they will still get a pay raise? I’m for freezing gov’t salaries, just like SS has been frozen for a couple of years.

Thomas Sowell hasn’t attacked conservatives. I was supporting West yesterday thinking we just had a principled disagreement on this issue.
Now it appears West is a just another sellout to the RINO establishment.
She plays the role of portraying herself as anti-establishment in order to sell her books. But, when you look back at her history, such as her strong support of Romney in ‘08, you realize that she’s just another Elite.
Her attacks on the Tea Party, Conservatives and Gov. Palin this morning defines who she really is.
