I fired off an e mail to my rep candice miller ( my second email on this subject ) and begged her to vote no on this monstrosity....
If you have a debt reduction plan, feel free to put it on the table. Congressional leaders don’t have the luxury of being ideologically pure. They have to talk to people with views different from them. In a democracy, no one is going to get everything they want. That’s just the reality of life. Americans are going to wait and see what this deal does. If they don’t like what happens, they can vote their congresscritters out of office next year. But at least now we have a debate, not on whether to spend more but on what to cut. I like where conservatives are now.
I just called and got through to my rep who’s undecided...a Tea Partier.
I did the same for my rep. Many are undecided..please everyone should fire off an email or make a phone call.
