After seeing who wrote the alleged "report", one might reasonably suspect that this is cover-to-cover, premeditated fiction.

One person could have multiple ITIN numbers. You don’t have to pay income tax to get an ITIN number. You file a phony tax return showing very low income and you get an ITIN number. The numbers have been used to facilitate fraud. Nobody knows how many illegal aliens are in this country or who they are. California is probably exporting illegal aliens to other states. The anchor babies can stay in California with their mothers and continue to collect taxpayer funded handouts.
Just goes to show that the only comprehensive reform required should be based on “show me the money”. When the the money goes, so do the illegals. The dream part of the Dream Act is that most of these people really care to be U.S. citizens.

Isn’t it remarkable that they can keep track of them by their tax filings to know how many there are and what county they are in- usually done by the illegal to collect the earned income credit. To those who say we cannot possibly round them up and deport them I say- why not?
