There was a Palin legal defense fund set up, but the maggots challenged that too as being unethical. Funds in it were tied up while the case was being heard. I don’t know the final outcome of that case — it may still be in appeal.

I had an argument about Sarah with a friend on FB and mentioned the phony ethics complaints. Her argument came down to they had to be true since they were filed.

What I would do is find out the total number of phony ethics complaints that have been filed and how many have been found frivolous. Then send that to your friend on FB.

I find it amazing that Leftists will assume a well-established criminal, terrorist, or thug is innocent but as soon as an law-abiding individual on Right is accused doing something wrong the Left says they are guilty.

If she wants more she has to RUN!

Yep. I have set aside the max for both the primary and the run when she announces. Also will have some left over for her PAC to replace the RINOs.

they ruled that since the defense fund had the name “offical” in it Palin had to give back all the money about 500k or so and she then set up a new defense fund. a lot of people simply sent the check back and placed it back in the new account.

Still when they tied the defense fund up It was one of the last straws and made the decision for Gov Palin to resign an easier choice.

All of this will make her that much stronger as a candidate. She really knows first hand who these people are and what they are capable of. Saw her on Hannity tonight and she really seemed strong and determined.

The message from the left:

Pro-American, Pro-Constitution, Pro-Traditional Family, Pro-Capitalist, Conservative Women - your values and opinions will cost you economically as well as politically. If we can't stop you at the ballot box we will stop you in the press and in the courts.

Did you counter with the fact that all those court claims about 0bama’s birth certificate must be true too because they were filed?

Not just these items. Alaska Dems had already been warned not to cooperate with her anymore. She knew it would be almost impossible to get the programs she needed passed.

Wow...that lady has a real fetish about Palin and Bockman....course she’s the typical unattractive Liberal we’re accustomed to. But she’s an Attorney and tracking even Palins’s Sarah Pac expenses in detail!...(linked below)...and very much after Palin in every way. Her jealousey is clearly evident just how she writes....what an evil woman! One nasty lady!

Hey lets flood her blog and e-mail.....that would be a hoot!

yes. A strong candidate. The only question left is will it be enough to overcome the media. IMO Palin is the only person that has a chance of overcoming the DNC/media and GOP establishment All three need to be run against and beaten for us to have a chance of restoring our country.

Maybe if the national republican party had helped her out or defended her in some way she might still be the governor.

The National Republican Party stood on the sidelines quietly cheering Pete Rouse's political hit squad while it was trying to bring the Palins down. The GOP-E want her dead politically just as much as the libs do.

Next for GOP leaders: Stopping Sarah Palin

I was on the verge of leaving the GOP just before he selected Sarah as his running mate. I stayed in to support her, and right now she's the only thing keeping me in the party. If it dumps on her again, and sabotages her campaign this time around, then I walk away for good. Period.

Simple solution: Amend the law to require a sizeable cash bond at time of filing. If the case is deemed frivilous, bond is forfeited.

while not loser pays this would stop this kind of nonsense. I do favor loser pays for all civil suits. Stops mega-million tort suits cold.
