I call them as I see them and call me all the names you want, it still doesn’t change the fact of how she said it. The inflection, tone and timing of how something is said is far mor indicative of what someone is saying rather than the literal text transcribed.

She was answering the convoluted question that was filled with that word from Gretta and I would have tinged it with the same kind of slight sarcasm using the very word repeatedly to make my point.

You made an accusation and I answered it. I have my opinion and you have yours, both were presented but now you have a problem with it. That sir is your problem, not mine.

Adios - - - - -

The co-conspirators got what they wanted. Now they will all assume their roles for the next episode of the drama - Raising Taxes.
If anyone believes McConnell, Boehner, Cantor and Ryan have America's best interest in mind I am sure you've also looked into purchasing oceanfront property in AZ.

You know, I looked it up. You’re right; Republicans did have control during those years, and a pretty big margin from 2005-2007. I think I forgot because they clearly did nothing with the power they had.

Who knows, maybe the only answer is hitting rock bottom. We’re clearly well on our way.

We’re in a great position to take the Senate, hold the House, and take the White House.

If you are referring to Republicans - perhaps.

If you are referring to conservatives, no way.

And as history has repeatedly shown Republicans never win these contests.

The Tea Party knows it was a dog and pony show. We all know it was a charade. We didn’t win dip.

Obama and his band of fairy thieves made off with the borrowed loot. Aided and abetted by co-conspirators, which included a host of republicans, they snatched the money bags from the grasp of fiscal conservatives. They were last seen heading toward Chicago in a hijacked armored car.

Apparently you are too crazy and/or stupid to realize that calling John Boehner “Boner” is “kid type personal attack BS”.

Either that or maybe you’re just a liar.

Either way, when you act to the detriment of our country I will call you on it.

If you don’t like it, then you’ll need to find someone else to go sobbing to.

Is this what you really meant to say?

Obama wins the $2.4 trillion lottery, the Tea Party gets the bill and The Party is establishing a politburo.

Obama doesn't win the money (the present Congress does), the tea party doesn't get the bill (present and future Americans do), and the tea party isn't establishing a politburo (the present Congress as a whole is).

Other than all that I agree with what you said.

Boner is what he is a surrender monkey crybaby, and to old to change, so the only option is to fire the worthless POS. And the rules here apply to personal attacks against other users. Which I doubt you have the ability to understand.

I didn’t attack you, I criticized your post.

Perhaps you are unable to understand the difference.

That's exactly what I meant to say. The Republican party is not all that conservative and many in the party are perfectly happy with big government and big spending. Unless, the Republican party is changed, don't expect anything more than excuses.

People on this site have been very critical of Boehner in the recent battle. But, they forget he is not the conservative Speaker, but the Republican Speaker, which means that he also speaks for a bunch of establishment ruling class middle of the road members.

No you launched, a verbal attack and there is no getting out of that fact, now go attack everyone else that thinks boner is a crying bonehead surrender monkey. But be advised, that might include the boss here. I know it includes Rush and Lavin.

This was a huge loss that didn’t have to happen. Boehner has to go! We need a conservative as Speaker.

No! I said exactly what I meant. The House and Senate may become a majority Republican, which is not the same as becoming conservative.

The conservative fight is just as much with Republicans as with Democrats.

So what contests were you referring to when you said that “Republicans never win these contests”?

So what is a result that could have been obtained and that you would have preferred?

They control the purse. No spending can happen that does not start in the House. The best idea came from Michele Bachmann. Take the already passed repeal of Obamacare and attach it to the bill raising the debt. Or just keep sending Cut Cap and Balance back to the Senate. Or pass Mack’s Penny Plan and send that to the Senate.

Either way pass H.R. 2402. (Boehner ignored HR 2402 and it sits in committee.)That bill specified that Social Security, Medicare, the interest on the debt and the military be paid even if the debt ceiling was not raised.

If brought to the floor 2402 would have passed with bipartisan votes. It probably would have passed the Senate too, but if not that would be OK because Republicans could have saturated the airwaves with ads saying Republicans and some reasonable House Democrats tried to protect seniors, the military and our credit rating but extremists in the Senate blocked that effort.

Let Democrats go home and explain why they refused to protect seniors, the military and our credit rating.

Once the threat of blame was shifted to the Democrats they would have caved and given real cuts as well as no raise or at least a smaller raise.

Like Lee Atwater used to say; “Use their pet programs against them.” He also used to say; “You can’t out Democrat a Democrat so never compromise unless you’ve already lost. Then claim you compromised.”
