If Jay Leno did one of his Man on the Street segments, I'd be surprised if one in ten people knew about Gunwalker or Fast and Furious. They'd say they were action/adventure flicks.
In the few liberal rags that have reported it, some of the readers' comments were positive. The scandal is worth it to them, deaths and all, to get rid of those evil assault rifles. The end justifies the means, by any means necessary. It will result in peace and love.
