I do wonder why so many Gringos think that they can just go to an inner city and be left alone...even in a tourist area.

City council members who introduced the measure say teens have used Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites to pull together flash mobs that are really only large gatherings of trouble makers, instead of the usual large crowds breaking into dance.

It was inevitable that "Holder's People" would discover their own special use for it.

Why should such a law be necessary? Existing laws on aggravated gang activity, or disturbing the peace could be interpreted to penalize this activity, and should be.

I don’t bother going to Philly anymore. Parking prices are horrendous, especially if the valet ransacks your car. There are plenty of places in the ‘burbs. If you want to go out and eat a good meal, or just hang out, there is a plethora of restaurants in King of Prussia, and Valley Forge Park to run, bicycle, or enjoy a simple picnic.

I agree with you. The problem is that we have a bunch of leftist loons in positions of authority in our big cities. They will NOT enforce the existing laws on the books against the animalistic behavior of these loser, young degenerates--most of whom happen to be Democrats (read: blacks). What is the answer to stopping these wild animals? I shudder to think...
