Police cars have been set on fire during a demonstration outside a police station in north London, according to witnesses.
Tottenham resident, Maria Robinson, says the disturbance is linked to the fatal shooting of a man during a Scotland Yard operation on Thursday.
Dozens of protesters have been gathering on the High Road in Tottenham.

The British government is going to have to seriously get back to the business of law and order to fix this.
The man whom police shot dead is said to be drug dealer. But a “big man” in the local community, apparently.
Like is the U.S., multiculturalism is the Brits’ strength.
You know what’s so genius? They’re mad that police shot a member of their community, so what do they do? Riot and destroy the crap out of said community! Tottenham is such a...well, I don’t think the FR filter will allow that one.
Nowhere in the BBC account is there any indication that this was a racial incident. PC trumps reporting.

I’m not saying things are wonderful for our Friends who are faced with rampant socialism, but we could take a lesson from them.
We are so afraid of being labeled with the “T” word, always feel we have to take the high road, and try to solve problems with people who have a mental illness (Liberals), that we we have forgotten how to stand up and FIGHT for what we believe in.

The real problem only arises when money (tax money) is confiscated from OTHER people to pay for the cleanup. That is where the outrage should be. But then, Britain voters are ultimately the ones responsible for the government they have and for the “risk free” love and mothering of the socialist welfare state they gave themselves. You know - - the kind of socialist welfare state Ubama and the Democrats want for America.
