CNBC just broke in and told the audience that the President has requested airtime and will speak to the nation at 1300hrs EST (12 noon central, 10 AM PST) on the US national debt downgrade.

I agree. It is not feasible for TheWon to use the blame game talking points; it simply won’t work work. It would back fire in a huge way and impact further collapse of our country...

I’m not sure he can get away with specifically attacking the tea party.... Too many polls I’m seeing say we specifically blame Hussein and the Dims and I think His Petulance might not want to speak the name for FEAR it will bolster his enemies.
He’s a Peas of Sh!t and a coward, but I don’t think he wants to incite MORE anti-Husseinship.
I’m going to climb out on a limb and say he will go for his favorite “There are those...” instead of mentioning “tea party.”

When Rush did a running commentary during O'Depression's last speech it was the funniest thing.
When Obama mentioned something about American's "problems" and Rush cut in with just the right timing and indignant voice "YOU'RE the problem" it made me burst out with ROFL big time.
