It's hardly the first time Clyburn has taken on the politics of race and poverty. For years, the South Carolina Democrat has been pushing legislation dubbed the 10-20-30 plan to direct at least 10 percent of federal rural development spending to communities where at least 20 percent of the population have lived below the poverty line for at least the last 30 years.
Clyburn, the son of a minister, refers to the plan as tithing."

Income redistribution by another name where somebody else has a plan for your money because you’d just use it in the wrong way. Their way is superior because you just can’t properly understand the “need”.

I think the son of a minister should know it as “stealing”

Clyburn is one of the worst racists, biggest liars, and most despicable maggots in Congress. He and his ilk will eventually be sent from the table of responsible adult discussion, at which point this Nation can get on with the healing process begun by Dr. King so long ago.
These race-baiting filth seek to perpetuate and exacerbate a racial tension that this country will only heal from once its enabling proponents are justifiably deemed as unworthy as is the rancid snake-oil they're selling, supplanting personal gain for universal advancement in a simplistic and craven pecuniary fraud.
Clyburn is a national stain.

Thanks for nothing, Boner and Mitch, you stupid chumps.
Due to your creation of this klown kommittee, we’ll be subjected to week after week of grandstanding by parasites like Clyburn — amplified by the ‘rat sycophants in the MSM.

I would hope that the son of a minister would be familiar with
Mark 12:17. It is not the government's job to determine who has too much money.

Yet in 2011, the gap continues to grow wider between those who enjoy great wealth and those who struggle to get by with little thought of ever getting ahead," Clyburn said in a statement reacting to his appointment on the deficit panel. There are many things which can prevent the accumulation of wealth, among them government looting of the fruits of one's labors to support those who will not labor in greater prosperity than the worker can afford for their own family, or government changing the rules and putting one's business or employer out of business.
Cut regulations, or simply quit moving the targets.
If there is a gap to be closed, consider closing the 'bustass' gap, and getting these parasites off of their butts.

There are very, very few truly
needy people in this country. The rest are simply
wanting. Millions of able-bodied Americans have never worked a day in their life, only because their parents and grandparents didn't. Welfare, now beautifully referred to as "public assistance", pays people for doing nothing - voluntarily not working. There's no real
need to support these people at all.
They have been weighed, they have been measured, and they have been found wanting.
To: maggief
Clyburn, the son of a minister, refers to the plan as tithing." Then he wouldn't mind if even the "poor" 50% of the people who pay nothing now, also pay. The poor weren't exempted from the tithe in the Old Testament.

Clyburn is a particularly nasty piece of work. He was out there with Pelosi and her big gavel parading through a peaceful demonstration.
In the meantime one of his staffers was busy feeding Leftwingtard blogs the story they were to publish about him being spit on and called names.
We had a gazillion people out there with cameras and recorders and none of that happened.
BTW, Clyburn's staff guy sent the stories out BEFORE Clyburn stepped outside for the little parade.
It was all fake stuff and this is the guy who cooked it up. Having him on the Committee is a guaranteed fail, and maybe a lightning bolt from God too. No one is safe around this puke.
