An astonishing video has emerged of a vicious gang of teenage girls assaulting a female pedestrian as she walks outside a city hall in broad daylight.
The woman, who has not been named, was thrown to the ground and repeatedly punched and kicked by the gang outside Philadelphia City Hall.
The four youngsters, who seemed to have absolutely no fear of arrest or reprisals, are seen sneaking up behind the woman before launching the brutal assault.
After the attack, during which nothing was taken, they are seen casually strolling away.
The woman, who has not been named, told Fox News the attack had been vicious and relentless.
She said: 'Their primary concern seemed to be laughing and beating on me so it seems like teens all girl.
'It seemed like they were on a roller coaster the way they were laughing.
'When I wa in the air was the part I remember the mostand was when they got their first punches in on my face.
'I've never been punched like that.'
In recent years there have a spate of attacks in Philadelphia with teen mobs attacking members of the public for sport.

Curfews, fines, these animals won’t even notice. What is needed is some Charles Bronson justice and the fear that many of the pedestrians are carrying.

Time to carry everywhere, although the woman probably wouldn’t have been allowed to carry inside city hall, which she had just come from.
I wonder if these girls knew that and that’s why they picked this location. Criminals know they can assault people coming form buildings that don’t allow you to carry. They can lie in wait in the parking lot/garage of such buildings, such as the airport.
I can’t even watch the video. I’d get banned for what I would say.
Jail doesn’t scare these people. License to carry or some pepper spray in the face would do wonders. I would love to see scum like this writhing around on the ground trying to catch their breath.
Looks like they want a race war. If they keep this up...sadly there will be. And they call white people racist...go figure.
