TRAFALGAR, Ind. -- A property owner shot an 18-year-old man and, along with his wife, fired shots at three more people in a dispute outside a vacant home in southwestern Johnson County early Friday morning, police said.

I suspect (no details as of yet) they were either thieves or looking for another spot to cook meth. Property owner didn't agree with their plans, whatever those may have been. If I am reading the foggy details correctly, one went after a tire-iron or some other weapon and was promptly shot by the property owner, a second vehicle attempted to run over the property owner after the shooting started.
