Sorry, but if anyone could look at that video and see anything but a mob, photographed sideways and then up-side-down, and still glean a beheading, then they’re better than most everybody. All I saw was a horribly photographed something or other.

and NATO picked the tribe the inept corrupt european diplomats (and our inept State Department) “estimate” will be most open to the Europeans taking over their oil fields... imho

but many journalists have reported honor killings, beheadings, etc. by the “democratic” rebels.
and a Vatican representative reported the 800 blacks slaughter. (”black” and “slave” are the same in Arabic.)
also, i noticed in the celebration photos, that ALL the women have their hair covered. but before all this, Tripoli was a tourist spot, and like Ankara, MOST local women, did not wear it...
yet some here, still believe in the “Arab spring democracy movement”. and that women are “liberated” when wearing a burkha...
My prediction is that the rebels will be as bad or worse than Gaddafy. Within a week they will have completely forgotten any help we supplied then an if we are lucky they will be neutral towards. The supporters of the old regime will not forget and nurse their hatred for us for as long as it takes to strike back.
No matter who is in power, they will sell their oil on the international market to the highest bidder.
I think the problem with many is that they have implicit faith in the conservative leadership. The problem is that many of these "leaders" even when they share our ideology, are lazy, stupid, negligent or all of the above. The people we have elected are those that have been willing to submit to the equivalent of a prostate exam and passed. More and more, we are finding out that those who are willing to submit to such an exam are the dregs, people who can't make a living in a role other than politics, or people who view it as a part-time hobby.

My “child” is 45 yrs. old. I forwarded an e-mail to him with quotes from Noni Darwish explaining just what Islam really is. - EDUCATE your own kids, at least about Muslims, the barbarians at the gate, before they are brainwashed by the liberals who largely control the education system in this country.
I remember back when I was in high school, 47 yrs. ago, we got a Muslim (Moslem they called them then) girl in our class. That was back when we didn’t know much about Islam, and when the Muslim population over here was much less than it is now. We were told by the teachers that “the Moslems call their god, Allah, that’s their word for God.” - Well, the girl was an outwardly nice person, and I would in no way mistreat anyone; but I have since learned different about the Muslim religion.
If the numbers keep exploding with Muslim immigration, they’ll soon be able to elect a Muslim President (in the open this time).
