It was using that same post before Rick officially entered the race. I guess it’s too lazy to think up something new.
Not to mention it's ineffectiveness anyway due to plenty of ways to obtain fake IDs in Texas and eleswhere. Voter ID is just another band aid smoke and mirrors political end run around having to effectively deal with illegal immigration, ie..mass deportations and securing the border with Mexico- neithyer of which Perry is even slightly interested in due to his close ties with Mexican officials who enjoy the current arrangement of letting the U.S. be their socio-economic safety valve to cover for their culture of corruption.
