Actually, he was on one episode last cycle. He showed up in one of the segments with Kirstie Alley. He is considered one of the big “gets” for that show. Rumors are flying that his wife might be on this cycle. From what I’ve read, they are hoping that if his wife does it and has a good experience, then he would be more willing to consider it himself.
Madoff must have really taken him to the cleaners for him to consider this.

Oy freaking veh. I don’t watch this, but I’d be very upset if I was a fan. My hopes for this person are not high. Sonny and Cher did some good songs, but dancing was never their thing.
The types of “celebrities” they usually get for the show - aren’t usually your big time movie stars.
Alot of faces from the past - reality TV stars - beauty queens - or professional/olympic athletes.
You won’t every see Johnny Depp or Angelina Jolie on the show.
The shark has been passed over.
