Umbrella I can do, no shady trees yet. Haven’t gotten that far on the ‘scaping yet. (Good Lord, do you know they wanted 35k to do my whole yard?! Can’t afford that.)
Yikes! That is pretty steep for a yard. Just plop some cactuses into the sand, call it zeroscaping and you’ll win prizes. :)
