And those that “lash out” by cowardly shooting in the head from behind should be put in prison for a very long time.

The kid was 14. You are asking for a rational reaction to homosexual advances by a very young kid, not an adult. That is why they have juvenile courts; however, the prosecutors, just like in the Casey Anthony case, chose to overcharge, and to try a 14 year old as an adult. The end result, just as in the Casey Anthony case, is a jury that doesn’t want to convict on the overcharge. Face reality.

The ones that should be in prison for a very long time are these people:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E.O._Green_School_shooting

Joy Epstein was one of the school’s assistant principals, and also openly lesbian...

According to a Newsweek article published on July 19, 2008, some teachers at E.O. Green also allege that assistant principal Joy Epstein was “encouraging King’s flamboyance to help further an ‘agenda’”.[2]...

...Another teacher testified that pupils had told her King would seek them out and follow them into the bathroom, behavior she considered to be sexual harassment. She was told by Epstein the school could do nothing about the behavior.[47]...

...Dawn Boldrin, an English teacher had testified and said she counseled King and told him he should not wear attention getting clothing if he did not want to receive negative attention. However, she gave the teen, who was suffering from a sexual identity issue, a strapless, green, chiffon gown. She meant for him to wear it outside of school. ...”

If you were at a bar, and a pickpocket took your wallet, and you caught them doing it, what would be the limits to the amount of violence you could reasonably use to detain them for the police?

In the state of Washington, it depends on how much money is in the wallet. If it is over he felony amount, you can use up to deadly force if he pickpocket refuses to submit to a citizens arrest if other attempts at lesser force are ineffective.

From what I read, it looks like the defense would have pled guilty to a charge with a minimum sentence of 14 years - enough to put him away until 28 or older.

The prosecution wanted to punish the boy as an adult, and for a crime against a special person - a homosexual. The same act against a heterosexual would have been treated differently, because then it wouldn’t be ‘hate’ against a special person.

Sounds like the jury is more down to earth that the prosecution - or most of California!

Both boys were under government **compulsion** to be in each other’s company in the COMPULSORY government school! Government compulsion is backed by armed police threat, folks!

Tone down the drama a bit -- home schooling has not been banned in that area, and neither has private or parochial schooling. The state mandates there be some kind of schooling, not where it must take place. The parents opted with the "default" of public school, and got the least common denominator of society in that locale. Today kids are lucky if the parents even watch, unless it's at a home school.

Unless the parent can afford to **ransom **their children by way of homeschooling or private schooling ( if the government monopoly hasn't driven them out of business) , those children are under government COMPULSION to be in the government indoctrination center. ( misnamed “school”)

You **KNOW** that! Government compulsion is for all parents who do not have access to home or private schooling.

The system is certainly rigged to make the government school the “easy out.” There have been local attempts to bypass this via “voucher” systems and surprise, students vouchered to superior schools turn in superior performances. But where are parents in this picture? It’s not just the grindingly poor who send their children there.

Tone down the drama a bit —
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

What you call “drama”, others call truth.

Truth: Government schools are COMPULSORY for all those who can not ransom their children. Government compulsion is backed by armed police threat.

Truth: ALL compulsory government schools trash the human right to free assembly, a First Amendment right as well.

Truth: Compulsory government exist because teachers willing agree to cooperate.

Truth: All government schools are a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination.

Welcome to the other side of the leftist coin on the road to utopia. Unintended yet unavoidable NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES

Plain and simple, when injustice is promoted and called 'good' it creates more injustice. Promoting and protecting a pervert and perversion was the first error and we see now the results of such a rotten tree, rotten fruit.

Blame the kids? No, neither, they were/are but pawns. Blame the sick morally devoid leftists that promote this TRASH, we reap what they sow.

Paying taxes for these religious, culturally, and politically non-neutral government school abominations and First Amendment trashers is certainly not voluntary for anyone.

Everybody who lives in a home, owns a business, rents, or pays sales taxes pays for government schooling ( directly or indirectly). Is it surprising that many middle and upper class parents choose not to pay TWICE ( government and private) for their kid's schooling.

Let's call this what it is. Truth: it is ransom. Some call it jizya.

Personally, I have contempt for everyone involved in anyway with keeping these government First Amendment abominations open. That means government teachers.

I don’t recall if you’re the same person I debated about this earlier, but that person shut up when I said if he/she took responsibility as an American for the election of Barack Obama, only then would I confess that blame for the sorry state of public schooling lies with every single public school teacher.

And government schools are the main propaganda brainwashing centers of the left. Without them, the leftists would have lost a long time ago.

Adults are guardians of the children under their care. It is the fault of adults that this happened.

I hate these faggot loving scum. I can’t wait for everything to turn around, which it will, I have no doubt.

You don't get it do you?

The very foundation upon which government schooling is an First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination.

No teacher can fix government schooling.

But....government teachers and all other employees are responsible for **willingly** agreeing to open the doors, establishing the abomination, and sustaining the system. They are either stupid, evil, or both.

Sorry for my strong language but I’ve had it up to here (hand way above head) with pushing evil crap down everyones’ throats and ruining lives. It has to stop and it will NOT stop until it is stopped by external force. The fagdom promoters will never stop of their own accord. And that goes for all the rest of the evil leftist agenda.
