Zero JOBS! Obama Off to Camp David
Conservative Daily News ^ | 2 September 2011 | N/A

Posted on 09/02/2011 10:00:08 AM PDT by Erik Latranyi

14 million Americans remain unemployed in the U.S., a number that is unchanged from July. As a Bureau of Labor Statistics report stated today, the economy created exactly zero jobs for the entire month of August signalling the failure of the current administration’s economic policies.

In reponse to the zero job growth, White House economic advisor Gene Sperling said, “This president doesn’t think this is anywhere near enough”. A survey of economists agreed – they had expected more than 70,000 new jobs.

The report also held that the numbers that had been reported in June and July had been incorrect. BLS reduced the number of jobs created in those summer months by 58,000.

The President did not immediately comment and is headed to Camp David for the holiday weekend.

The Ghetto Gal doesn’t like being out in the woods. It is too quiet for her. Besides, she thinks it is too dangerous. There might be bears or other wild animals around. Put her back in her streets of Chicago where there is lots of noise, shops, restaurants, crime...and animals, too, but they carry the guns.

Report: "Zero JOBS! Obama Off to Camp David"

Response: I think it would be fair to state this poor soul ilustrates the meaning of the terms "poor impulse control."

how long had he been back from vacation before going off for another vacation?

I think a week, about last Thurs or Friday, just to miss the hurricane, and he's done WHAT since he came back???? Can you just imagine if this was a republican prez!!! This is more than a joke, it's not laughable but in the realm of unreal!!

UNREAL in that the media gives him a pass on everything & I can't see how they can defend him at this point, I doubt anyone is listening!

I think he’s cracking up. Seriously. The White House knows how bad all the time off looks, but the alternative is worse. This man can not function anymore and they’re doing the best they can to cover it up.

Kind of like how they used to pretend the old dead Soviet leaders were still alive.

Yes, Spain was mega-overreach on her part (she apparently went all that way on the taxpayers dime to console a friend who had lost a parent) and she got slammed good for it.

That was the general way she expected to operate but now she's getting more wary of sticking her neck out. We hardly read anything about them going to C. David before but now they've gone twice in the last month or so LOL.

So, econommically speaking, Obama’s plan has been to take us back to 1945. It’s the last time the country reported zero job growth.

What an accomplishment, bammy. No wonder why you’re taking yet another vacation. Destroying the country, and Ramadan have worn you out.

My favorite from those years:

Title: PROMISE THE WIND
Songwriter: John Stewart
Lyrics:

He was born again in the Georgia wind
The eldest son of Miss Lillian
He was born to win with his Georgia grin
You just sell ‘em the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell ‘em the Lord and you promise the wind

And he said “I’m the one” in the Georgia sun
“Oh, Georgia dirt farmers, there’s work to be done”
He said “Rosalynn, keep on smiling
You just sell ‘em the Lord and you promise the wind”
Sell ‘em the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell ‘em the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell ‘em the Lord and you promise the wind

And across the fields of Plains
Good old boys walking home in the rain
And there’s redneck Billy and beer
Don’t look like something’s going on here
But there’s a man there out to win
Banking on his Georgia grin
Oh, it’s so easy to sucker us in
Sell us the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell us the Lord and you promise the wind

He was born again in the Georgia wind
The eldest son of Miss Lillian
He was born to win with his Georgia grin
You just sell us the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell us the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell us the Lord and you promise the wind
Sell us the Lord and you promise the wind

Well he’s right. Bammy is much happier when the number is in the high negatives.

Imagine how bad off America would be if he stayed in his office more than a week at a time.

Yep. The oboma scrounges are sucking up every tax payer paid luxury they can get their hands on while they can. You can take the Obomas out of the Ghetto, but you can't take the Ghetto out of the Obomas.

The left thought they could take a low life community organizer who spoke good cracker and pass him off as a president. Now, they're stuck with the very monster they created. HE is now the face of the democrat party.

There are far more than 14 million Americans unemployed. The total population of employment age people (15-64) who are without jobs is 80 million.

Not all of those want jobs, are capable of landing jobs, are of sufficient age truly to merit a job.

That cuts it down to about 40 million. And if we even cut that in half just for the hell of it, that still leaves us with 20 million....which is about what U6 predicts.

At least a couple of days. You can't really expect him to work for a living. He's a democrat!
