I've contacted the prosecutor in Cowlitz County. She says they only cause a case if the sheriff brings a charge. It sounds like the kidnapping, destruction of property and public endangerment are all gonna slide. It's probably because the unions are so influential when it comes to getting the democrat office holders elected, reelected and reelected.
