Yes, BG shifted left in 2008 and has been a Dem party polling operation ever since. I think the Left wing George Washington Univ run it and GW is a hard left.

The Battleground poll, by the way, is the bipartisan poll, Ed Goeas on the Republican side, Celinda Lake on the Democrat side, and their questions never change.
Last that I heard, it was still a bipartisan poll.
