Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Arizona has constituted a special law enforcement posse to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the birth certificate Barack Obama released to the public April 27 might be a forgery, WND has learned.
The posse, under the authority of Arpaio's office, will consist of two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective originally from Bergen County, N.J.
WND confirmed with Zullo and with Arpaio's office that the investigation into the Obama birth certificate has been sanctioned fully by Arpaio's office. The investigation, they said, will be conducted with "utmost diligence," and the investigators will be authorized to utilize subpoena power.

I have been involved in many affairs that required different expertises directed in different directions in order to find the best, final, angle of attack.

A sheriff has absolute authority in criminal cases within his county’s boundary. If some of his constituents have be defrauded it matters not what the nature of the fraud is. He has the authority to check it out. If Arpaio ends up bringing down Obama there is a God in heaven.
Really? O.K. B.O. is a double entendre "a figure of speech in which a spoken phrase is devised to be understood in either of two ways. Often the first (more obvious) meaning is straightforward, while the second meaning is less so: often risqué or ironic.
B.O. obviously, from the context, stands for Barrack Obama. B.O. is also an acronym for body odor. I've been using it since back in the day when you couldn't call him BHO, because is was forbidden to remind people that his middle name is Hussien. If we were limited to referring tog him Barrack Obama, I elected to do so in way that his supporters wold not appreciate.

The place of his birth could not matter less. Than has always been a strawman probably proffered by Obama’s own people to distract from other obvious problems. If there really was a birth certificate showing that Obama Sr. was the real father Obama Jr. would have been disqualified for that reason alone. At the time of the writing of the Constitution being native born did not automatically confer citizenship, therefore it is impossible that the “natural-born” clause pertains to what land is under your feet when the midwife smacks your behind. What mattered then, and therefore matters now, is the nationality of your parents, period and end of story.

If I'm right, this means Obama must let them view his original records, or risk getting removed from the ballot in this county.
He can't let them view his records. We may end up seeing the first sitting president to get disqualified from the ballot.
If one state refuses to let him on the ballot, I think this goes to SCOTUS and all records from HDOH are examined.
