US Taxpayers, led by the DNC and Obama, have been financing terrorists who seek genocide. This aid to the Palestinians been going on at least since the Carter days and probably before that.
Not one president in all that time has made a serious effort to cut the funds off or to use the money as leverage to force them to act somewhat human.

The serious answer to your question is, we as individuals, don't. The money is robbed from the taxpayer through threats of fines or prison, literally skimmed off the top of domestic productivity, and distributed as our government officials of dubious alliances see fit.
