Action Needed: Obama's Internet Takeover to Begin Nov. 20
Grassfire Nation | Grassfire Nation [alert@grassfire.net]

Posted on 09/28/2011 2:06:37 PM PDT by SandRat

Late last week, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) took what is being called "the final step" towards implementing their illegal Net Neutrality regulations.

You may recall, that back on December 21, the FCC bypassed government regulations and seized control of the Internet -- delivering what many believe is a knockout blow to one of the last, great free-market frontiers our nation and the world has ever seen.

According to the organization Less Government, regardless of a multiple lawsuits, a move by the House of Representatives and a D.C. Circuit Court unanimously ruling that the FCC had no authority to take control, the fed is still arrogantly pushing forward toward full implementation of their Net Neutrality regulations on November 20!

The FCC's Net Neutrality regulations would be job-killers -- likely stifling the $30 billion annually that investors pour into Internet development and advancement and hundreds of thousands of jobs.

And that's not the worst of it... As we warned several months ago, these regulations will lead to the FCC's control Web content!

Should we expect anything less?

Considering government growth and control is surging while private sector job opportunities continue shrinking! Now Americans are in danger of losing their free speech rights through this latest FCC Net Neutrality power-grab!

+ + A Grassroots Call to Action!

The only way to stop this runaway train is for grassroots Americans to appeal to the Senate to move quickly to pass a Congressional Review Act (CRA) Resolution that would effectively kill the illegal, job-killing Net Neutrality order.

With more than 100,000 petitions already in hand, Grassfire Nation is asking key members of our team -- like you, who haven't yet added their name to our petition, to do so right now by clicking here:

http://www.grassfire.net/r.asp?u=51444&RID=23331683

With your help, we anticipate delivering 150,000 petitions or more in the week ahead as we work together to stop the federal takeover of the Internet!

After signing, please alert your friends and family members.

Since this has not been publicized by the liberal media, many Internet users are likely unaware of the huge threat looming overhead. You can help change that by sending this message to them and encouraging them to take action with you by clicking below.

To sign our petition to "Stop the Fed Takeover of the Internet," click here:

Thank you for your outstanding efforts.

P.S. Again, if you are concerned about the loss of your Free Speech Rights with the federal takeover of the Internet, speak up by signing our petition today:

All of the pieces are coming together.

We’ve got politicians openly talking about suspending elections.

We’ve got a President who’s said numerous times that he wishes he could just bypass Congress.

We’ve got an Attorney General who is implicated in a widespread operation of gunrunning and biased cherry-picking of cases.

We’ve now got the FCC taking over the Internet in November.

Folks, we’re way past that point of no return.

A few FReepers said the Clintons would never allow another election. That didn’t happen.

I’m betting we’ll have an election in Nov 2012.

FCC control of web content?

That’s a laugh! Will it be as successful as their control of broadcast content?

Janet Jackson flashes a boob and our entire court system is tied-up for nine years.

Add to your list:

We have a Justice Dept that tells its people not to testify before Congress, and refuses to prosecute cases of racial discrimination if the victim is white.

We have an EPA that is pushing CO2 regulations by declaring CO2 a pollutant, and is striving thereby to shutdown coal-fired power plants.

We have an NLRB which tells companies where they can and cannot set up businesses.

We have an administration which used the BP disaster to slow down oil exploration in the Gulf to a crawl.

Congress, when both houses were run by the Democrats, pushed through huge bills without giving the public time to study them and provide feedback to their representatives, despite Obama’s promise for transparency, and without even giving members of Congress time to read them.

If Thomas Jefferson were alive today, he would be composing a new Declaration of Independence, proclaiming the overthrow of this tyrannical regime.

I sadly agree. And they like keeping us busy with primary infighting and hoping a schism happens and elects the most evil wretched, corrupt man to infiltrate our WH. Barack Hussein Obama.

FUBO!

Folks, we’re way past that point of no return.

If not we sure are fast approaching that. And Borama has another year yet to finish up the loose ends. Nasty stuff happening to say the least....should scare the crap out of anyone.

We also have a government that has executed an American citizen without a trial in absentia by a court of law.

FReepers cheered. After all, he was a bad guy.

It should have been easy to get such a ruling but for the ACLU which, of course, decried the simple takeout they necessitated. Needless to say, a government that can simply kill a terrorist citizen can turn those same legal means on any who would stand in the way of tyranny and that means us.

Sometimes the irony of it all just blows me away.

I have a question. Suppose this guy was in a vehicle with another, non-American citizen, whom we wanted to kill. Should we take the shot?

Read the post again. I’m not against killing American citizen-terrorists; I want a justice system that rules they should be killed first. You know, it’s that “due process” thingy written somewhere. Of course, with Napoletano deeming all conservatives a threat to national security, you’ll figure it out soon enough.
