Action Needed: Obama's Internet Takeover to Begin Nov. 20

Late last week, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) took what is being called "the final step" towards implementing their illegal Net Neutrality regulations.

You may recall, that back on December 21, the FCC bypassed government regulations and seized control of the Internet -- delivering what many believe is a knockout blow to one of the last, great free-market frontiers our nation and the world has ever seen.

According to the organization Less Government, regardless of a multiple lawsuits, a move by the House of Representatives and a D.C. Circuit Court unanimously ruling that the FCC had no authority to take control, the fed is still arrogantly pushing forward toward full implementation of their Net Neutrality regulations on November 20!

The FCC's Net Neutrality regulations would be job-killers -- likely stifling the $30 billion annually that investors pour into Internet development and advancement and hundreds of thousands of jobs.

And that's not the worst of it... As we warned several months ago, these regulations will lead to the FCC's control Web content!

Should we expect anything less?

Considering government growth and control is surging while private sector job opportunities continue shrinking! Now Americans are in danger of losing their free speech rights through this latest FCC Net Neutrality power-grab!

That means you are not an American.

Taking the life of a criminal is a just power of government, but only after due process of law, at least as regards an American citizen. All I want is a ruling in a court before killing an American citizen. This scumbag deserved to die, so such a ruling should be easy to get and if it isn't, we need to fix the system.

If Napoletano declared you, as a conservative, to be a terrorist deserving, how you would feel? Oh, wait...

I am a long time Republican and conservative but I cannot understand the great hatred of net neutrality shared by my fellow conservatives. Do you really want to see an internet that allows preferences of packet transmissions? Do most of you really even understand what that means?

I’m not about wanting to see my ISP be able to charge me an extra $XXX dollars a month just so I can pull up google.com in under 3 minutes over someone who pays an $XXX extra a month so their Skype packets get priority over mine. That would be at best. At worse (and more likely to occur) would be ISP’s creating packages of sites that you can access for extra fees over not even being able to get them at all. Want to be able to pull up google/FR/foxnews, etc? Great! Just pay an extra $50 a month and you’ll have access to them. Don’t pay and they don’t come up.

Or am I just not understanding the whole ‘net neutrality’ thing??

I thought your NAPOLENTANO you were referring to the JUDGE not leader of Homeland security...as a conservative Republican for over sixty years I'm certainly NO lefty!!!but I am a daughter of a veteran, sister of a veteran and wife of fifty years to a veteran...we know what serving our country means..that dead terrorist gave up his rights when he left this country and joined other terrorist...he had NO rights. PLEASE stay in CA. and protect your redwoods...we chop trees to heat our houses here in rural, Pennsylvania.

This nation was founded upon the rule of law. The Supreme Law of the Land (that Constitution you apparently don't understand) says that citizens have rights of due process NO MATTER WHAT. You just handwave that away, pretending that "every reasonable person knows what a terrorist is." I lived there many more years than you have probably been in the world..traveled all over the Southern USA been to Hawaii three times AZ. several times...yea I've been in big cities just not NY or CA. too liberal to waste my precious dollars on.

by the way if ever in PA. look me up, I'll give you a tour of Shanksville, PA. and the field where flight #93 went down on 09/11/2001, just a short sixteen miles from me..visit Somerset County beautiful in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer....but don't wait too long I might become a shut in...or blind.

just returned to PA. after two wonderful weeks with daughter in Georgia, was there when they put that dude to sleep..already forgot his name..

and I'm glad to see you don't support abortion..NOR do I, I have a wonderful son thanks to adoption and not abortion..by the grace of God he was not aborted but instead given to my husband and I...soon he will celebrate his 40th birthday and he is still our gift...were we Blessed? ya betcha we were...
