Landra Reid, the wife of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, has been diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer and is being treated in Washington, DC.
Reids office confirmed the diagnosis this morning when I called. Landra Reid is receiving treatment, including chemotherapy. Reids folks emphasized that he is by her side but that his work as majority leader will not be compromised.

I hope she recovers and Reid retires to take of her.
Prayers for her.
She just helped me build a big woodshed and did most of the heavy lifting because I recently had back surgery. Quite a gal. :-)
Prayers UP!
Stage 2 is far from a death sentence and she should be able to fight it. Lucky for her, Obamacare isn’t in full operation yet so she will be able to get life saving procedures in a timely fashion.
Amen.
Prayers up for Mrs Reid.
The senate or the house aren’t going to be under obamacare ever.
Sadly, you are correct. Just us low level serfs will have to suffer under it.
Prayers.
It should have been Hairless.
Their marriage is an inspiration to many, they’ve been married since ‘59. Hope Mrs. Reid recovers quickly, let’s pray for wisdom for the doctors and the other medical personnel in her care.
Sad news indeed ! Let’s pray she recovers !
Now, if I were to adpot the “liberal meme” my response would have gone something like this.....(I can’t post anything that vile, even in satire, but y’all can fill in the blank.) >PS
That’s pretty devastating news, prayers for the Senator from Nevada’s family.
