You pathetic looser, that is not playing the race card, it is stating a fact! As to how Perry’s ‘insensitivity’ may be illustrated, well, that is yet to be discovered. It isn’t an issue with me or most anybody else. It is the enemedia (and a few dissemblers tgrying to stir up argument at FR) who claim not painting over the word instantly upon leasing the property is ‘insensitive’. How long did the Perry’s leave the name up? Until Rick wanted to run for political office as a Republican? When he was still a democrat? Can you inform us on that one, instead of trying to make an argument among fellow freepers where none is needed?

If anything Mr. Cain has covered for Gov. Perry on this one. He said as little as possible in his answer that was damaging to Gov. Perry without bringing more of the “Uncle Tom” attacks back on himself. This was a very tricky question to navigate and I m proud of the way Mr. Cain handled it.

Mr. Cain doesn't owe Gov. Perry an apology. Mr. Perry ought to be calling Mr. Cain up and thanking him for doing his best to defuse the situation. You are the one who is reacting exactly as the MSM wants. They are trying to divide and conquer. Mr. Cain didn't cause Gov. Perry's recent difficulties Mr. Perry did. You need to double up on your chill pills and stop trying to cause hate and discontent.

"You pathetic loser . . ."

Wow, I am so unimpressed with your ability to argue your side. How old are you, 10?

Apparently you can't read, because the stories all state that the Perrys painted over it when they leased it--that was back in the 80's, Chum--while he was still a Democrat.

Why should I have to do the reasearch for you? Are you that incapable of doing it yourself, or do you just enjoy being ignorant and making unfounded attacks on people?

I guess it's pretty clear who the "pathetic loser" is around here.

Cain didn't cover for squat he saw the opportunity to dump on Perry and he leaped at it.

I guess you didn't bother to read the Rush Limbaugh comment I posted--no surprise there, ignorance is a security blanket for those who want to hate.

I have seen the entire interview with Chritian Amanpour and it is very clear what Herman Cain said and what he meant by it. I suggest you stop lying to cover for Race-Baiter Cain.

Yes I admit it, I missed your Rush Limbaugh comments... I am sure that they were inspiring. Sorry

As far as "wanting to hate"... just as Herman Cain said I don't think that Gov. Perry is a racist. I think he is probably a very nice man. I believe that he has been a very good and popular governor for Texas. I understand completely why you support him so strongly and why you feel so upset when you feel someone has slighted him.

I sincerely believe however that Mr. Cain's comments when asked questions by MSM reporters that were intended to cause difficulty were entirely appropriate. Mr. Cain was not race baiting, not spreading hate, and not intending to suggest that Gov. Perry is a racist. This non-issue has been as much a nuisance to him as it has been for Gov. Perry. Scratching this scab is not going to help it get better. I would suggest that you let it go for your own well being.
