Utah Republican Congressman Jason Chaffetz told The Daily Caller on Tuesday that he believes Attorney General Eric Holder misled him and the rest of the House judiciary committee during his May 3 testimony. Chaffetz questions how honest Holder has been throughout congressional inquiries into Operation Fast and Furious.
Asked about the conflicting timeline that is beginning to emerge, Chaffetz said Tuesday of the Justice Department: "They have documents theyve failed to provide, and I think the Attorney General was less than candid at that hearing."
"I dont know," Chaffetz said when asked if he thinks Holder will resign because of Operation Fast and Furious. "Its still early yet to make a determination on that, but as I said, it raises more questions than it answers and I think the Attorney General should answer them."
"He was asked those questions under oath and seems to have given us a less than candid answer," Chaffetz added.

President Richard Nixon had to resign and Warren Harding was vilified and besmirched for maybe 1% of the things that Mr. Obama is already known to have done.
Frog marched out of the Dept. of Justice in leg shackles.
My representative (Lankford, R-OK) flat out said that Holder perjured himself. He is on the oversight committee.
“Less than candid”. Typical weasel Republican words. How about the government is an accessory to murder and the attorney general committed perjury?
you lie!
Wait a minute, ur telling me that the Obama Administration is full with a bunch of liars..nah can’t be..media tells me everyday how super awesome they are LOL
HAHA LOVED that scene from Willy Wonka, great film by the way :-)
Of course. The only purpose of a political party is win an election and gets its hacks into appointed positions. That's why the Pubbie Party hacks talk conservative, then actually expand the Fed. govt. once they are in power; they need Unconstitutional jobs with which to reward their campaign workers.
We desperately need term limits and other measures to destroy the permanent political class. Incumbent invulnerability is what gives us wimps like McConnell & Boehner. Along with the dopes who think Cain, Bachmann, and Palin are "unqualified" because they haven't spent their lives in the belly of the beast.
The question should be if Holder will be impeached, not if he will resign.
I guess the GOP are now trying to figure out if torpedoing obozo before 2012 is a good thing or a bad thing...
WHAT!!??? I'm shocked . . . SHOCKED, I tell you!!!
(No, I'm not, but it sounded good)
‘Less than candid’ is a pretty good description. My favorite goes back a long way to when the Australian Gov’t, on behalf of the British, tried to suppress the sale of ‘Spycatcher’ in Australia. The Gov’t experts got caught lying and in an appearance before the judge admitted to ‘being economical with the truth’.
Holder does not have to obey the law and the Media is not going to report much on this scandal. Obama has way too much money for political ads and other goodies for his obedient followers who keep their mouth’s shut and pretend the scandals do not exist. The media would rather distract us with something silly.
I don’t follow the MSM but Rush said today that SeeBS is all over the F & F story.
I was shocked.
