Meanwhile, in Texas..An illegal immigrant living in Marshall was charged with two counts of molestation Monday in Caddo Parish County after two girls told authorities they were inappropriately touched.

Caddo Parish Sheriff's office spokeswoman Cindy Chadwick said authorities charged 26-year-old Ruben Pineda while he was being held in the Caddo Correctional Center on a charge for operating a vehicle without a lawful residency status in the United States.

"Deputies were dispatched to a home in connection with a welfare concern Friday, but by the time they got there, Pineda had fled in a vehicle," Chadwick said. "When deputies stopped him, he refused to talk about the allegations, but they were able to arrest him for operating a vehicle illegally."

She said an investigator was called in after deputies had detained Pineda, and the victims - ages six and seven - provided witness statements to officials at a Shreveport, La. child advocacy center.

Pineda remained jailed on bonds totaling $40,832.50, charged with two counts of child molestation and operating a vehicle without lawful residency. He also had an immigration detainer placed on him.

Why are they still alive?

They declared open season on themselves when they shot at a cop.

As it should be.

There could be a simple 3 step solution:

1. Start a popular social website page in alien’s name complete with pics. Disparage drug cartels and brag about accomplishments fighting them.

2. Deport said alien.

3. Wait for justice to take its course.

“Illegal immigrant” is a made up PC term used by the media, it is meaningless.

These are illegal aliens, citizens of a foreign country here illegally. Their very presence in teh US is a criminal act, and should be treated as such.

A US citizen should try this stunt in a foreign country, Germany, Iran, China, Cuba, even the Bahamas, and see how they are treated.
