These polls are a joke. Herman Cain will not get the GOP nomination.

So, you've been here for TWO DAYS and you are getting on a Cain blog and are telling us that he has no chance. ESAD

The thing is, there’s no one else to turn to, Bachmann was found wanting, then Perry, and if Cain goes down... there is only Santorum and Gingrich left to turn to, and I just don’t see Santorum being the go to guy.

Now having said that, Cain might be able to hang on to this and win it all. But I was just speculating who we would turn to next if Cain imploded.

Considering all his accomplishments calling him a mere “radio host” is disingenuous. He has decades of accomplishments including executive experience.

Perry’s only role in this has been to play spoiler for the GOP Establishment.

It is possible that the only reason the big money people brought Perry in, and that is what happened, was for him to stop any true conservative from being able to defeat Romney, who is also supported by the big money people. Interesting.

It was too bad about Bachmann, I considered her a backup choice for awhile to Palin, but she never caught fire.

That would be ok by me if we had the chance to find out BUT at this point, I still have to be convinced that Cain has staying power. He has no record and he has not yet had to withstand the kind of scrutiny that Perry has had to face.

I want to take out Obama. I'll even take Romney if I must but I hope there's a better alternative.

Still, I think there is collusion between Cain and Romney and because of this I do not trust Cain.

Wake up child. The Polling data shows your emotion based opinions and ignorant ranting about Cain utter nonsense.

Quit clinging to your feelings about Perry and deal with the facts.

Ronald Reagan had a radio chat show. I think what you mean is that people who ONLY have a radio chat show do not win elections. But Cain is also a very successful businessman. You should recall Ross Perot who was leading in 1992 Presidential Race until he dropped out, got back in again, blamed Space Aliens and the CIA for a plot to ruin his daughter’s wedding, picked Admiral Stockdale to be his running mate, and STILL got more of the popular vote than any 3rd-party, non-incumbent candidate since the emergence of the Republican Party.

Romney will win in a walk unless Perry succeeds in consolidating the conservative opposition

You're funny. Don't you get it yet? Perry is done. If Cain died tomorrow, Perry would still be done. It's not about his money, it's about people, especially conservatives, not liking him. Attend the wake and move on to a viable candidate.

Here is phase two of Herman's tax plan, which is on his home page, so get over the 9-9-9 sales tax.

Phase 2 – The Fair Tax

Amidst a backdrop of the economic boom created by the Phase 1 Enhanced Plan, I will begin the process of educating the American people on the benefits of continuing the next step to the Fair Tax.

The Fair Tax would ultimately replace individual and corporate income taxes.

It would make it possible to end the IRS as we know it. The Fair Tax makes our exported goods and services the most competitively internationally than any other tax system.

People want leadership, and straight talk. Christie was right about that. He just backed the wrong candidate.
