Wouldnt be surprised to see that AlGore is also in the middle of this. His remarks regarding an “American Arab Spring” a couple of months ago hinted at this. His ego is so big - he probably made the statement because he was involved in the prior planning and, later on, wants to be seen as some sage guy who can predict the pulse of America.

Depends on the state. Can’t imagine NE states acting on it. But it could get very interesting if the “occupy” folks pull any shenanigans in the south. Sedition is also addressed under state laws. In Virginia it’s a class 6 felony.
