No, it is not. My Senators tried to help Bush push amnesty, this 'middle-way' crap, and they got beat down so hard their heads spun. They didn't change their hearts and minds - only their tunes, and they will pay for it the next chance I can vote against them.

In 2010, conservatives and fed-up Americans started pushing this unwilling government back to where it ought to be. Tacitly accepting backsliding from this from a 'supposed' tip-of-the-spear we're putting forth in November 2012 to consolidate and expand November 2010 gains is equivocation and just plain madness.
