I would be interested to know if USAA actually does have “Standards” posted that their clients must meet in order to have accounts with their company.
If anyone happens to read this who has an account with USAA, please let me know if you found the USAA standards clients must meet. Would think those who have USAA accounts would know what they are since they must also meet the standards.
Forgive this reply if I missed the USAA standards for their clients being posted.

Yes USAA has “standards”. My husband and I both worked there for several years. IMO the interpretation of those standards depended on the person making the decision. Again, IMO, there were some that balanced the information and made good decisions and others that were on power trips and did not. There are laws about the notice insurance companies must give before canceling insurance policies, and if they met those requirements there is probably not much Kelly can do about the insurance part. Many insurance companies will refuse to insure people with criminal records. The bank part is really alarming and horrible. Keep in mind they are a big powerful company and many in congress are members. Even if they made a mistake with the money part, I would not hold my breath that they suffer any consequence.
