Like I say, I know where his ‘heart’ is, so I’m with him getting his footing. After all, he was running virtually a one-man show until recently.
Get his footing? He said this stuff in Cain rallys, not in debates where he was taken off message by attacks.

No, we won’t, until his heart moves.
Now that he’s got three years left on his governorship, here is an idea that will cause most people to forgive him:
Simply press the state legislature to pass the kind of anti-illegal immigrant laws that Alabama passed. And if they won’t do it in regular session in 2013, call a Special Session, and then another, and then another...just like he did on the new Business Tax.
Sure, some parts may get thrown out in court, but it will, once and for all, show all of us where his ‘heart’ REALLY lies on the question of coddling Illegals.

Naa, not going to happen. If Cain does start to fall, it goes to Newt. The problem is that Cain will still keep a lot of support, and the conservatives will split...giving Romney smooth sailing.
I would JUST LOVE to think that us FReepers are unified against that...but it doesn’t appear that way.

Explain why you think the Mexican or any other people are so stupid that they don’t know that they are committing a crime and risking their lives coming across our border illegally. Seems pretty racist to think so little of their intelligence.

He’s getting there. We have a lot of patience for a guy who’s got his ‘heart’ in the right place, but needs to smooth his edges a bit.
