The Manitou Springs man who wants to build a pyramid on top of Pikes Peak will soon be talking to the U.S. Forest Service about the project.
Phil Hill, better known as UFO Phil, will be back in Colorado for a meeting after spending the past several months in California talking to National Park Service officials about installing a similar pyramid on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay.
Hill said plans for the pyramids, which would be nearly exact replicas of Egypts Giza Pyramid, were given to him by humanoid aliens with whom he has been in contact since he was a child.
The large stone pyramids, 755-feet-square at their bases, would serve two purposes first as a landing and refueling station for alien spacecraft and, second, as hydrogen generators that would supply free energy to the United States and eventually, as more such stations are built, to the world.
On Pikes Peak, a pyramid that size would cover the entire summit above the tree line and be visible nearly to the Kansas border. On Alcatraz Island, a structure that size would require that one of its corners be held up temporarily by a massive undersea pylon until the island itself could be made bigger.

(He is the weird voice you hear singing the Listening to Coast To Coast song on Coast to Coast AM)
Oh, is that what some people call them? I always called them demons.
Manitou Springs Colorado is next to COlorado Springs, and is full of these kinds of people.
Drive the back streets and you can see “Witches Coven” signs in the front yards.
Exact? Now, where are they gonna get all the slaves to do this?
.... oh!
Slaves? Over compensated, under worked SEIU types via DOE "loans" for PYRAMID POWER!
Well, sounds like a shovel ready job or two, and the energy part makes as much sense as the current administration’s.
*ping of interest*
He could hire the dopes picketing on WallStreet.
...wants to build a pyramid on top of Pikes Peak... installing a similar pyramid on Alcatraz... would be nearly exact replicas of Egyptâs Giza Pyramid... stone pyramids, 755-feet-square at their bases, would serve... as a landing and refueling station for alien spacecraft and... as hydrogen generators that would supply free energy....I love it when stone makes hydrogen for free. Hey, ain't that what stone is for?
Stargate:SG1 came to the end of its run in 2007. Sounds like this guy is plugged into a DVD player big-time.
His chances of getting a permit from the U.S. Forest Service to build a pyramid on top of Pikes Peak are nil.
In Memphis we had “Prince Mongo”. Hmmm..there *is* a pyramid in Memphis! :O
Yeah. And I thought a draft-dodger would never be elected commander in chief...
