Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told lawmakers Thursday that she had not been notified by the Justice Department about a botched, international gun-tracking program has been linked to the death of a Border Patrol agent.

Appearing before the House Foreign Affairs committee, Clinton was questioned by Rep. Connie Mack (R-Fla.) about the State Department’s involvement in the controversial Fast and Furious operation that has triggered hearings on Capitol Hill.

The “waiver” issue poses real problems for Holder. If DOJ didn't get the waiver (or didn't request a waiver) she should be really pissed — Oops, I forgot it's Hillary and evidently she didn't get pissed when the Slickster was getting BJs in the Oral Orifice.

As the calendar year 2011 is now nearly at its end, and 2012 is an election year, to continue to put off issuing those subpoena ad testificandum actions regarding Fast and Furious to the DoJ, the State Department, and others, will just about suit everyone.

The GOP, now having the power to subpoena, does not want to look like they are playing politics with an issue that just might impact election outcomes, that is, an October 2012 Surprise.

So, once again, are there those who are indeed above the law?

She said she first heard of it in the press. But notice how differently she answered the second question....about the waiver.
IMO, the questioners should immediately CEASE using the term "Fast & Furious". I truly believe that she and others did NOT know about F&F......BY THAT NAME!!!!!
