She didn’t file a complaint, but she considered it.
She worked for the National Restaurant Association when he was its head. She told The Associated Press that Cain made sexually suggestive remarks or gestures about the same time that two co-workers had settled separate harassment complaints against him.
The employee described situations in which she said Cain told her he had confided to colleagues how attractive she was and invited her to his corporate apartment outside work. She spoke on condition of anonymity, saying she feared retaliation.
Remember, Cain explained away the incident with one woman as confusion over a gesture he made when showing her how tall his wife is. Not much room for confusion in this third woman’s allegations, though. And here’s something new from the pollster (and Perry supporter) who said earlier today that he saw Cain behave questionably:
Wilson declined to say specifically what Cain said or did to the woman, but that the CEO’s actions made other individuals at the table uneasy.
“It was very uncomfortable,” said the pollster, recalling that other individuals present asked Cain to stop.
Wilson said there were at least three other people at the gathering, but wouldn’t share the name of the woman for publication.
The fact that the third woman never filed a complaint will help Cain a lot, obviously, but we’ve now got four separate people accusing him of inappropriate behavior, two of whom memorialized their claims with formal complaints long before he ran for president. How much more smoke he can stand before people conclude there must be a fire? Stand by for updates.
It’s got Mitt’s name written all over it
From “Borking” to “Caining”.
Doesn’t matter if there is any truth, the SRM will pound away for the next 2-3 days on this new tale.
Sure, I never filed a complaint ~ she'd then known where I lived! There'd been no end of harassment.
Keep it up, Perrywinkles. He’ll be at 50% in the polls and have $15 million of campaign cash in the bank by Monday at this rate!! LOL
I’m sure he’d say “It’s a numbers game!” or some such.
A third women who didn't file will help Cain a lot?? With who? With nobody.
"...but weve now got four separate people accusing.."
So now it's up to four? Whiskey Tango...
It’s interesting that this all allegedly happened during his relatively short tenure at the NRA.
If he was guilty of this sort of behaviour, you would think it would have emerged at other jobs, e.g., Godfather’s or Burger King.
So far no one from any other establishment as come forward. Yet.
HotAir is accusing him too.
Seriously. Who cares, election-wise, whether Cain was faithful? Here is your choice, people:
Romney, or a potentially unfaithful Herman Cain??
That is all the choice we have for nominee.
That is why I say, SO? No matter what they say Herman did.
I don’t know who I might get behind this election cycle, BUT, I do know I am sick of this Cain “sexual harassment” stuff.
The left didn’t give a ding dong about all the “sexual harassment” that Clintoon did. Their claims to care now ring false.
Hypocrites.
She didn’t trip over her high heels,
she tripped over her broom.
RE: Romney, or a potentially unfaithful Herman Cain??
You mean no one should consider flat-tax Perry or Newt gingrich anymore?
Isn’t AllahPundit a big Romneybot?
>> weve now got four separate people accusing him of inappropriate behavior
Really?
Name them.
Didn’t stop to check ~
That Wilson guy is a Rove connected robot.

I don’t see either of them being able to beat Romney, especially perry. Newt would have trouble beating Obama. Perry will never make nominee.
HA HA...this whole thing is such a joke! Time to mock it!
Zer0 sexually harasses me every day. The First Wookie too.
We were glad when other women came forward to corroborate the claims against the Bent One—even if they hadn’t filed formal complaints.
If there’s a witch hunt aspect to this on FR, it seems to be Cain’s defenders who say the women lack credibility if they filed a complaint (and thus received a payment) or if they didn’t file a complaint (and thus received a payment).
Either circumstance seems to be proof somehow that Cain is innocent.
82.6% of FReepers are guilty of that.
