These contrived attacks citing anonymous sources who “considered” filing a complaint years ago and now “suddenly” surface are exactly what made me go to Cain’s website a few minutes ago and make another donation. I intend to continue to do so until he takes the nomination!

Washington Post reported, regarding the first woman's case, that the lawyer has no records either of the case or the confidentiality agreement, and did not even recall the name of the NRA official.

WaPo subsequently scrubbed this information from their later report. Rush has it on cache however.

Rush also pointed out correctly that Cain was truthful in saying he recalled no settlement. There was no settlement. The woman was let go with severance pay. That's all.

This woman didn't file a complaint because there was no basis for a complaint. If Cain's behavior was so egregious, this schmuck pollster should get the "other" three people to step up and verify his BS.
