Herman Cain goes on the attack against Sharon Bialek (Who is financing and buying her rise?)

Sharon Bialek is learning firsthand why the other three women who have accused Herman Cain of sexual harassment may have resisted going fully public with their claims.

The Chicago-area woman, whose name and face was broadcast all over American television Monday as she described being groped 14 years ago by the Republican presidential hopeful, has a past. And after making herself the first – and as of yet, the only – accuser whose name has been made public, that past is being dug up.

“Who is Sharon Bialek?” is the subject line of the latest email from Cain’s presidential campaign, which has struggled for the last week to deliver a consistent and convincing response to the harassment allegations.

“As Ms. Sharon Bialek has placed herself in the public spotlight through making patently false allegations against Herman Cain, it is only fair to compare her track record alongside Mr. Cain’s,” the email says.

The email lists six court cases in which Bialek’s name appears as a defendant, and states that Bialek filed for bankruptcy in 1991 and 2001. It also cites TV news reports that Bialek was sued “over a paternity matter” in 1999 and that she “has worked for nine employers over the last 17 years.”

“The questions should be – who is financing her legal team, have any media agreed to pay for her story, and has she been offered employment for taking these actions?” the email concludes.

Cain campaign spokesman J.D. Gordon defended the tactic.

Hey, what about this....She was out of a job in ‘97 living in Chicago and get’s Cain on the phone. Why the NEED to travel to him for a cup of coffee - when she could have very easily asked him on that same phone call about her needing a job? Lots of money spent to ask someone for a job - no wonder he asked ‘what are you here for’? The money and time spent arranging the details to get to DC - just to ask for something that could have been asked on the phone? Riiight!! - what was her boyfriend suggesting - climb the ladder however you can? And it didn’t work - so she figured she’d polish it up NOW to make it work somehow as she is out of work, again. Her intentions weren’t pure back then and they aren’t pure now, IMO.

I asked the same question yesterday when I found out she was out of a job, again, and came from Chicago to NY for a TV presser to ask Cain to do the right thing. LOL! How pathetic - how does this not scream of 'dirty politics'. Out of a job and traveled to DC, also. I guess she has to wait until the phone is invented to carry out her 'sincerity' and 'job hunting' skills.

As far they are concerned, its “blaming the victim.”

But who is this meant to victimize - if it's not Cain.

Doubtless many are advising Herman Cain to hold back, but it looks like this has only lit his fuse. We shall see!

I hadn’t given it a thought before, perhaps I just assumed Allred was working for the usual third contingency that lawyers get.

But-—But-—You are right.

There is no money involved here. This woman came out of nowhere and she is not suing anyone.

She is probably not so rich that she can just hire Allred to Represent her, in a case with no money involved that she could have just as well stayed out of.

Although I am sure Allred is getting paid, I believe she is a big enough news-whore that perhaps she would perhaps,work for nothing.

There are many people who would probably pay her. If we speculate we are being unfair, but lets do it anyway. SEIU, Soros, AFL/CIO, Romney,Obama,even NOW., Any one of them could bve paying Allred. It would be fun to know.
